Over time, this can lead to burnout, resentment, and feeling disconnected from yourself.

I work with adolescents and adults, particularly high achievers and people pleasers, who are ready to slow down, set healthier boundaries, and create a more balanced way of living. Together, we will explore the patterns that contribute to overthinking, perfectionism, self doubt, and chronic stress while developing practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Drawing on my background in education, program development, and child development, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I strive to create a space where you do not have to perform or have everything figured out. You can simply show up as you are.
